How it is taken
Drink 1 oz. daily between meals, straight or diluted with an equal amount of pure water. Some people prefer it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Others sip it before dinner. Refrigerate after opening. The 32 oz. bottle is a one-month supply at one ounce a day.
